For starters, none of your links are going to work when you upload that, you're using absolute URLs hosted locally, you need to use relative URLs. As for the actual content, I haven't viewed it, just the source extremely briefly.

don't pay for hosting , go with http://www.hu.tl , it's a free host with no ads . I think is better to use a free host for the start.
